Wow! We had a pretty perfect weekend! Friday night Joe and I went to dinner with some friends while Lucas played with Cole and Nate. On Saturday we went to Cole's tee-ball game and then grilled and took a long walk. Sunday, after church, we did lots of yard work and planting and had a picnic at Community Park. Lucas fed the ducks and played on the playgrounds there. Today we had a relaxing morning. Joe and I watched a movie (while I did report cards) and then when Lucas woke up we went to Churchill Downs to watch the "forses". Lucas had a blast. After arriving late we ended up with the BEST seats! We got to pet the horses and were right next to the fence at the race track and to the left of us was the winner's circle. After every race Lucas would look at me and say "It's not over Mommy" as if to say "We're not leaving yet!" We had a great weekend!

Hey guys! I was just watching your video and Jackson came scrambling across the room to see Lucas talking to the horses. Next time we see you I think they will have lots of fun playing!
