Shopping with Mommy

Last week we got caught in Target during a thunderstorm so we passed the time in the toy aisle. I got some great ideas for 1st and 4th birthday presents!

Kate loved these baby dolls that crawled and made noises as you walked by! She kept clapping and trying to kiss them! She's so sweet!

I just found these pictures that I forgot to post after our trip to Holiday World. This was by far the best day of the summer! We had such a great family-fun day! Lucas can't wait to go back!

New Addition to the Family

Yesterday, Jenna Rae Davidson was born!!! Healthy little girl of 7 lbs. 2 oz. Everyone is doing great!!

Jimmy Buffett Concert

Joe and I went with some of our best "couple" friends to the Jimmy Buffett concert in Cincinnatti. It was our adult end-of -summer outing. This is on the lawn, waiting for Jimmy.

Oh, there were many sights to be seen. We were walking through the field seeing them:)

Just a sampling of Kate's 9 month pictures we had taken today! Lucas got his 4 year picture taken too, but they're all turned the wrong way for blogging! I'll work on it!

Squire Boone Cavern

We went on a day trip last Sunday to Squire Boone Cavern with the McAfee family. Lucas and Sam had their flashlights and were ready to see some bats. If you ask Lucas about his visit to the cave he'll tell you his favorite part was seeing the bats (we never saw any though! :)) I think we'll take an annual spluenking trip every summer.

Community Park

We've been to Community Park several times this summer. Lucas loves going and feeding the ducks. He's always so excited to feed them, but gets a little nervous when every duck in the park surrounds him. His nose is at perfect nipping level!
